Placeholders fill in automatically for each contract. Click one to insert it where your cursor is (in the contract text or any section) — or type it yourself. Paste your own contract in, then click where the buyer's name, price, puppy, etc. should go and click the matching placeholder.

Sections
Optional add-on sections — a health warranty, training expectations, whatever you need. On each contract you choose which ones to include. Sections marked “buyer must acknowledge” get their own required “I have read and understand this section” checkbox on the buyer's signing page, and the acknowledgment is recorded with the signature.
